About
An espresso bar on Club Street, built for honest mornings
BeanRush Pte. Ltd. operates a specialty coffee shop and café at 48 Club Street — ground-floor shophouse hospitality for the Chinatown–CBD fringe. We are an espresso bar, not a marketing agency, not an energy-drink brand, and not an income course dressed as café culture.
District
Club Street & the morning line
Club Street sits between heritage shophouses and the daily pulse of office Singapore — lawyers walking meetings, designers between shoots, tourists who wandered up from Chinatown. BeanRush opened here because the pace matches what we do: short windows, high expectations, and guests who notice when a flat white tastes hollow.
Our unit at #01-03 is ground-adjacent — a real walk-in café, not a tower-floor concept. Twenty-eight seats inside, a bar built for visibility into the dial-in process, and a door that opens before the queue forms so tasting happens first.
What we are
Specialty espresso bar & café — clarified
BeanRush pulls espresso, steams milk with intention, runs filter when the board calls for it, sells retail beans with roast dates, and serves light pastry that supports the cup. The name pairs "bean" — coffee beans, specialty sourcing — with "rush" — the focused pace of morning service when shots must stay clean under pressure. It does not refer to stimulant products, drug culture, get-rich hustle programmes, or software "rush" releases.
The .pro domain is branding only. We are registered in Singapore as a food-and-beverage business (UEN 202519847C) and operate under standard café licensing. We do not guarantee perfect cups every visit, do not claim medical or performance benefits from coffee, and do not present fabricated barista championship credentials on this site.
Team
Bar-led, tasting-first
Our team is bar-led — head baristas and floor staff who cup weekly, log dial-in adjustments in plain language, and taste between pulls during service when volume allows. We hire for palate honesty and calm under queue pressure, not latte-art theatre alone.
Training covers extraction basics, milk texture, guest communication, allergen awareness, and PDPA-compliant handling of booking data. We rotate origins through the bar so staff can speak specifically about what's on the board today rather than recite generic tasting notes from a poster.
Sourcing
Origins, partners & limits
We work with importers and roasters who share roast dates and traceability documentation. Origins rotate seasonally — washed Central Americans, natural Africans, balanced Brazilians for milk service — chosen for how they behave on our bar, not for label prestige we cannot verify.
When a lot fades, we say so. When humidity moves the grind, we adjust and note it. Hospitality values here are straightforward: lawful advertising, honest menus, no fake "#1 café" claims, no medical cure language, and guest data handled under Singapore PDPA when you book, subscribe, or join a mailing list.
