1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the website located at https://beanrush.pro (the "Site") and your relationship with BeanRush Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202519847C) ("BeanRush", "we", "us") regarding information published online and hospitality services offered at our café. By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Who we are — brand meaning

"Bean" refers to coffee beans and specialty coffee craft — sourcing, grinding, extraction, and retail sale of coffee for consumption. It does not refer to jelly-bean confectionery, beanbag furniture, or unrelated "bean" product categories.

"Rush" refers to the focused pace of morning café service and the bar team's goal of clean-tasting shots under queue pressure — the espresso "rush" window when dial-in must hold. It does not refer to stimulant or drug culture, energy-drink product branding, get-rich-quick programmes, software release "rushes", or adrenaline-sports marketing.

BeanRush is a specialty espresso bar and café in Singapore. We are a food-and-beverage hospitality business. We are NOT a marketing agency, NOT a software product vendor, NOT an online income or finance course, NOT an energy-drink brand, NOT a medical or wellness clinic, and NOT a life-coaching programme. The .pro top-level domain is used for branding only and does not imply a professional-services firm outside hospitality.

3. Website use licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial information purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, frame, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site without written permission. You may not use the Site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with operation.

Trademarks, logos, and design elements on the Site remain our property or our licensors' property. No licence to use marks is granted except as necessary to browse the Site.

4. Café services and menu information

Menu descriptions, prices, origin notes, and craft narratives on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. Availability of specific origins, pastry items, and catering slots depends on supply, staffing, and dial-in decisions made at the bar.

Orders placed in person at the café or via approved enquiry channels form a separate contract governed by applicable consumer and hospitality law. Website content does not itself constitute an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed by BeanRush staff.

5. No guarantees — taste, quality, awards

Coffee flavour depends on variables including roast date, rest period, grind setting, water chemistry, milk batch, brew method, storage, and environmental conditions. We dial in daily and taste before service where possible, but we do not guarantee identical cups on every visit, perfect extraction on every order, or outcomes equivalent to any prior visit you enjoyed.

Tasting descriptors, craft stories, and menu adjectives represent our current sensory reading — they are hospitality language, not scientific measurements, medical claims, or promises of health, cognitive, or athletic performance benefits.

We do not claim to be "#1 café in Singapore", do not display fabricated competition medals, and do not warrant that any origin, blend, or retail bag will match illustrative narratives on the Site or social channels.

6. No medical or health claims

Coffee contains caffeine. Guests with health conditions, pregnancy, or caffeine sensitivity should consult qualified medical professionals — not café staff or website copy — about consumption. We do not provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as diagnosing, treating, or preventing any disease or as substituting professional healthcare.

7. Lawful hospitality and advertising

We commit to lawful advertising under Singapore guidelines applicable to food-and-beverage businesses. We do not promote illegal products, misrepresent our business category, or imply affiliations we do not hold. User-generated content tagged with our brand does not constitute our endorsement unless explicitly stated.

8. Enquiries, forms and communications

Contact form submissions must be accurate and lawful. You must not use our forms for spam, harassment, or fraudulent purposes. PDPA consent on forms is required and is not pre-selected. We may retain enquiry content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Email to [email protected] is for hospitality and business correspondence. We are not obliged to respond to unsolicited commercial pitches unrelated to café operations.

9. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe Site content infringes your copyright or other rights, notify us at [email protected] with sufficient detail for investigation. We may remove or disable contested material pending review where appropriate.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Access is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free Site operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeanRush Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use or reliance on Site content. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the Site shall not exceed S$100 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BeanRush against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Site use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

16. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
