Questions guests ask before the rush
Is BeanRush an energy-drink / pre-workout brand, a cannabis or drug "rush" brand, a marketing agency, an income course, or does it guarantee perfect coffee every time?
No. We are a specialty espresso bar and café on Club Street, Singapore. "Bean" means coffee beans; "Rush" means the focused pace of a well-pulled shot and a morning service that still tastes clean — not stimulants, not drugs, not a hustle course. We do NOT sell energy drinks as our product, do NOT sell courses or agency services, and do NOT guarantee identical cups every visit. The .pro TLD is branding only. Taste depends on roast age, grind, water, milk and weather.
What are typical drink and retail prices?
Indicative SGD prices: single espresso from S$4.50, flat white from S$6.50, batch brew from S$5.50, retail 200 g bags from S$22. Full menu on today's board. Prices may shift with origin costs; GST included where applicable.
Can I work from a laptop here?
Yes, with courtesy during peak rush (08:00–10:30 Tue–Sun). One drink minimum per two hours; share tables when seats are scarce; take calls outside. We are a café, not a co-working operator — purchase supports the seat.
Do I need to book a visit?
Walk-ins welcome during opening hours. Book ahead only for office catering, group tastings, or retail wholesale volumes — use the contact form with dates and headcount.
What milk alternatives and allergens should I know about?
Oat and soy available (+S$0.80). We handle nuts, gluten and dairy in a compact shophouse kitchen and cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. Ask the bar for today's allergen sheet; we update when pastry batches change.
How do roast dates work on retail bags?
Every bag shows roast date and brew guidance. Coffee is best within its rest window — typically day four to fourteen depending on process. We discount honestly when a lot nears end of sweet spot. No fake award stickers on packaging.
Do you offer office bean subscriptions or event catering?
Yes, for nearby offices and events of roughly ten to forty guests depending on schedule. Recurring deliveries include roast-date clarity and optional brew training. Enquire via contact form — subject "Office beans / catering enquiry".
What does BeanRush NOT do?
We do not sell energy drinks or pre-workout products as our core offer. We are not a marketing agency, software vendor, income course, life-coaching programme, or medical advisor. We do not claim "#1 café in Singapore" or guaranteed perfect cups. We do not use coffee as a performance or health cure narrative.
How is guest data for bookings and mailing lists handled?
Under Singapore PDPA 2012. We collect only what's needed to respond to enquiries, process subscriptions, or send updates you opted into. Consent checkboxes on forms are never pre-ticked. See Privacy Policy for retention, access rights and Privacy Officer contact.
When are you open?
