Today's board
Menu & indicative prices
Everything on this board is café hospitality — drinks pulled on premise, beans sold for home brew, light food that supports the cup, and office subscriptions for nearby teams. Prices are indicative in SGD and may shift with origin costs or seasonal ingredients. Taste claims are honest readings, not guarantees; roast age and dial-in affect every cup.
01 · Espresso
Espresso & straight shots
Our espresso programme rotates with what's dialled on the bar — typically two to three origins or a house blend built for balance under rush conditions. Single shots land around 20–22 grams in; doubles for guests who want more body without milk. Ask the bar for a side water and we'll pull fresh. Tasting notes on the chalkboard reflect this week's cupping, not a promise that your shot will taste identical on Friday after humidity moved the grind. Straight shots are the fastest way to understand whether today's dial-in is where we want it — no syrup, no disguise. Flight tastings available when capacity allows, usually before 09:30 or after 15:00.
02 · Milk
Milk drinks — flat white, latte, cappuccino
Milk drinks here are dialled to the bean, not a one-recipe-fits-all template. Flat whites carry a tighter ratio for guests who want coffee-forward balance; lattes give more milk for longer sits; cappuccinos split foam and liquid for a shorter, structured cup. Oat and soy alternatives are available — they behave differently under steam, and we'll tell you if a particular origin clashes with alt milk rather than serving a flat cup. Sweetness varies by milk batch; when a delivery runs sweeter we adjust stretch time so the espresso still reads. These are specialty milk drinks for a specialty bar — not default café syrup culture. All prices include GST where applicable.
03 · Filter
Filter & batch brew of the day
When the board calls for it, we run batch brew and occasional hand pour-over for guests who want a lighter, longer cup without the intensity of espresso. The filter offering changes with the week — sometimes a bright washed African for morning meetings, sometimes a heavier South American for afternoon refills. Batch is brewed in small volumes so turnover stays fresh; when a batch ages past our internal window we discard and rebrew rather than serve flat coffee. Pour-over slots are limited during peak rush; ask the bar if today is a manual day. Filter is hospitality, not a tasting competition — we describe what we taste today and note when a lot has turned a corner since roasting.
04 · Retail
Retail beans for home
Retail bags carry roast date, origin, process and brew guidance in plain language — no fake award badges, no "#1 in Singapore" theatre. We sell what we're confident still tastes good within its rest window, and we'll recommend a coarser grind if you're brewing on a blade grinder at home. Whole bean only; we can grind on request but prefer you grind fresh. Bags typically range from 200 g to 1 kg depending on what's on the shelf. If a lot is nearing the end of its sweet spot we'll discount it honestly on the board rather than push it through the rush. Home brew support is part of the café relationship, not a separate course or subscription SaaS product.
05 · Food
Light food & pastry — coffee-supporting only
Pastry and light food exist to support the coffee, not compete with it. Croissants, sourdough toast with butter and jam, and occasional seasonal plates arrive from partner bakeries we trust — baked fresh, not reheated warehouse stock. We keep the food board small so the bar team can focus on dial-in and service. Allergen information is available on request; we handle nuts, gluten and dairy in a compact shophouse kitchen and cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. Pastry runs out on busy mornings; we don't hold inventory for Instagram moments. If you're after a full lunch menu, Club Street has excellent neighbours — we're the espresso stop, not a restaurant with coffee on the side.
06 · Office
Office bean subscription & light catering
Nearby offices on Club Street and the CBD fringe can arrange recurring bean deliveries with roast-date clarity and brew training for staff who want better kitchen coffee without pod waste. Catering covers morning event brewing — batch brew, espresso service, and milk options for meetings of roughly ten to forty guests depending on schedule. We don't do wedding espresso theatrics or branded hustle-culture activations; this is straightforward hospitality for teams who drink serious coffee daily. Subscription volumes and catering quotes are customised — enquire via the contact form with headcount, preferred dates and whether you need equipment on site. Payment and data handling follow Singapore PDPA rules outlined in our privacy policy.
